Emerging: Defense production – Self-reliance in defense production is quintessential for sustainable economic growth. Apart from ensuring security for economic activity, PPP (public private partnership) in defense production becomes a major driver of economic activity. Opening of this space to the Indian private sector is an indicator that this would be the strongest emerging industry.
Stars: Infrastructure- Economic growth cannot happen without infrastructure and there is an immense demand supply gap. PPP model to meet the shortfall makes this a winning industry.
Stable: FMCG, BFSI and Healthcare -Our domestic markets, as also markets in developing economies should provide stability to this industry.

Human resource professionals: Despite our overwhelming population there is an acute shortage of employable talent.
