7 Companies You Love To Hate

7 Companies You Love To Hate

Bangalore: As consumers everybody is very finicky. Some people even tend to change services immediately if they feel little bit unsatisfied. But when it comes to big brands and companies most of you share a love hate relationship. There are many companies which people hate but still cannot just leave them. Here are seven companies whose services will bug you very much but most people are too much in love to leave them.

1. Walmart

Walmart is the king among retailers who provide lowest discounts. The $443 billion company provides the customers with offers that are hard to resist and people just dig in to the site and stuff their closet, shelves and garages as everything comes within their budget.

But is has also been observed that the discount Goliath often fails to meet the customer expectations. Few have even complained about the shopping experience and the culture. But what ever it may be the even people who hate the company can’t deny that economies across the globe are powered by Walmart’s presence.
2. Apple

Most of you must be surprised to see apples name among the hate list. But yes, it is true! Though the company enjoys fame where its customers are always present to explore the new inventions through out the year, there are people who think that Apple is too arrogant about their prices. Many in the software development society dislike the brand for its tough controls for software and ironclad approvals process for App Store apps. But it really doesn’t matter to the company as they are too confident about their die hard fans and loyal customers.

3. Facebook

Here is another company who has a love hate relationship with its users. As of June 2012, it was reported that the average user spent over 400 minutes per month on the site, which means someone must love this brand! Facebook is also considered to be marketers favorite as it is a common platform to communicate with their brands’ fans, and also for its ability to quickly broadcast deals, offers and sales.
4. Best Buy

Lately the consumer electronics giant has been facing too many complaints from its consumers on negative and poor transformative customer service experience. Best Buy has earned a poor status over the years for pushing some unnecessary services on customers, mishandling files from customers' PCs when repairing them, supposedly engaging in bait-and-switch pricing, and almost selling virus-infected digital picture frames. But again, instead of all the black marks Best Buy is still regarded as the best place to buy electronics goods.

5. Microsoft

The reason for any one to hate Microsoft is too long, still few of the popular Microsoft blunders include Windows Vista, Internet Explorer 6 with its numerous security holes, and the ill-conceived Windows Genuine Advantage antipiracy technology that had problems telling a real copy of Windows from a fake.  But again Microsoft remains the foremost preference of users due to its user friendly features
6. Groupon

Groupon is a website that features discounted gift record usable at local or national companies. Though there have been many doubts about the company’s prospects from quiet a time, still Groupon has made a ton of money for its early financial backers. In a Huffington Post it said that 70 per cent of small-business owners hate Groupon, though the reasons were not specific but the reason can be the really cheap cost the website provides. But again people continue to visit the site and look for best cheap deals they can avail.

7. AOL

AOL previously known as America Online is an American global brand company that develops, grows, and invests in brands and web sites. The Company’s business extents are to online content, products and services, which it offers to consumers, publishers and advertisers. For years the customers had to face lousy customer service, abysmal software, and dappled billing practices
